Our debt finance group represents public and private borrowers, as well as banks, institutional lenders, investment funds, non-profit lenders and other lenders. We frequently handle debt financings in connection with mergers, acquisitions and leveraged recapitalizations, including leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions. Our practice extends too many industries, and members of our group have experience with clients in a diverse array of areas, including life sciences, biotech, high tech, retail, manufacturing, solar, wind and other clean energy, financial and consulting services, non-profit, venture capital and emerging companies.
